Client information is stored securely within a professional practice management system and other secure service providers used to support service delivery. These systems are hosted in Australia where possible, and access is limited to authorised personnel only.

To support accurate record-keeping, AI-assisted note-taking tools may be used. Audio recordings are not stored, and only summarised notes are retained as part of the clinical record.

Client records are retained for a minimum of 7 years. Records for clients under 18 years of age are retained until the age of 25.
